Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
This 6-month internship in the Danone B Corp Team will start in January 2022, and will be located in Paris (France, 75).
Context:
In 2015 Danone joined the B Corp movement and has committed to becoming fully certified by 2025. To date, more than 50% of Danone business entities are already B Corps and Danone is partnering (alongside other partners and stakeholders) with B Lab to help them define a B Corporation model suitable for publicly listed multinationals. Danone's ambition to obtain this certification is an expression of its long-term commitment to sustainable business and its dual project of economic success and social progress.
Within the global Corporate Affairs function the corporate B Corp team is small but with a big agenda and the intern would be responsible for critical work to support to team on advancing towards global certification journey as well as drive awareness and engagement both internally as well as externally around the B Corp movement & Danone's role within it.
The B Corp team's work is structured across three pillars:
1. Be Certified - Support certification of individual subsidiaries & build a path for global certification,
2. Be the Change - Empower Danoners to use B Corp as a catalyst for positive transformation, and
3. Be Trusted - Leverage B Corp certification as a point of difference with Danoners, stakeholders, retailers & consumers.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Active contribution on the building of the roadmap to achieve 2025 global certification: mapping of certified entities, scoping of entities by country, adaptation of current roadmap following Danone's Local First plan, tracking of progress of entities towards the certification.
• Coordination of subsidiary communication plans (aligning timelines with cohorts, aligning corporate communications, ensuring alignment and leverage with B Lab).
• Social Media calendar management and planning.
• Coordination and improvement of internal communication plan.
• Support of the central team on the development of the internal plan to allow a more efficient and autonomous certification process in our business units.
• Support the B Corp Manager on the interactions with Corporate topic owners to improve corporate practices and define priorities of improvements.
• Support B Corp team on transversal topics in relation to global certification roadmap.

Profil recherché
Must-have:
• You are currently involved in a master’s degree program or equivalent, ideally Sustainability, Marketing or related major.
• You are available for 6 months starting from January 2022.
• You have basic knowledge of B Corp, and you are passionate about social and environmental issues, you are full of energy, proactive and strongly involved on driving positive impact through the business.
• You work autonomously and like to take initiative, but you are resilient team player who likes to be challenged.
• You are very good project management skills, reliable, organized and passionate about marketing,
Nice-to-have:
• Prior sustainability-related experience/project work can be a plus.
• You’re fluent in French.
