Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
Within the HR team covering Finance population and “Governance” (Cybersecurity, Data, Security, etc.) teams across the globe we are looking for an intern who can help us to drive Talent Management projects and programs and contribute to enhance future ready workforce within the scope.
We are offering a work in international team (4 members from 3 countries) interacting with people all over the world (main stakeholder are in: US, India, China, Singapore, etc.) with possibility to work directly on strategic HR topics within Finance and Governance.
Main missions:
Talent Programs Management:
•Deployment of Finance and Governance Talent Management programs with the main goal to accelerate careers of employees and increase level of diversity (gender, generations, nationalities, etc.) across the organization and at leadership level ◦Coordination of nominations
◦Communication and deployment
◦Closing and feed-back collection
Project Management
•Project leader on some specific HR projects (for example: Career paths, engagement, new ways of working, etc.)
Support on various HR Projects
•Support of different HR topics such as Organizational Effectiveness, Headcount reporting, etc.
Profil recherché
Profile we are looking for :
•Master M1 or M2 in HR or Business Schools
•Capacity to interact with people at all levels within the organization
•Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
•Well organized, structured, capable to make a synthesis
•Fluent in English (all day to day communication is in English)
6 months internship starting in December / January
