Your Role
As Worldwide Campus Manager, you will join our Recruitment Department to develop and strengthen the visibility and attractivity of Mantu within Top Schools and Universities.

Your main responsibilities will be as below :

Partnerships management :
-Build, coordinate and strengthen partnerships with Schools and Universities
-Act as a Key Account Manager for premium schools for the group
-Manage external partnerships to attract and recruit candidates
-Coordinate the apprenticeship tax for French target schools
-Develop the relationship with student associations
-Animate the Alumni community

Strategy :
-Standardize process, KPIS, guidelines and communication strategy (internal and external)
-Follow worldwide results (KPIs, ROI…) and propose corrective actions
-Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting to the Board
-Manage and validate the budget with the group Directors
-Coordinate the Campus Coordinators

Marketing :
-Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement a digital communication strategy, aiming at increasing Mantu’s presence on social networks
-Build an internal communication strategy to promote the actions of the department
-Define an employer branding strategy to promote Mantu

Profil recherché

-You are graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or International Business & Management
-You are a French native speaker and fluent in English
-You have at least 3 years of previous experience in Campus recruitment coordination or Campus management within an international environment
-You have strong project management and organizational skills
-You are proactive, creative and have excellent communication skills: written and oral
-You are interested in working in a demanding environment where excellence is the main drive
