Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
As a member of the Tech recruitment team, you will quickly grasp the methods and challenges of recruitment in a fast-growing international context. You will work on all the issues encountered by the Tech recruitment team according to your skills and your development.
Your missions will be the following:
- Work on the development and implementation of a sourcing strategy in order to build a pipeline of high level candidates
- Use multiple sourcing channels to find the best candidates
- Participate in the various stages of the recruitment process by ensuring a quality candidate experience
- Develop and maintain a quality relationship with the various managers in order to anticipate their needs and help them build their teams
- Immerse yourself in the technical team and become a real expert on topics such as the implementation of processes and tools or to promote co-optation within Veepee.
A first experience in recruitment is not mandatory. Your understanding and interest in recruitment issues will make the difference !
Profil recherché
- Genuine interest in business and new technologies - The "tech" ecosystem in France and in the world has no secrets for you
- Fluent in English in order to be able to work in a multicultural and international team
- You are currently in higher education (Bac+ 4/5) at a university, business school or engineering school
- Autonomy, adaptability, fun and team spirit are key assets to succeed in this position
