We are looking for an apprentice in the Group Sales & Program Management team to support the Sales Efficiency Manager in animating the Sales community in order to provide the right level of visibility and data to the Executive Committee (ComEx).

You will be in charge of aligning the different Business Groups to ensure standardization of our sales processes and tools.

You will be the interface with other functions (Finance, Programs, HR, Quality) regarding Sales topics at Group level (consolidated level)


Your Missions:

Support providing right level of visibility and data to ComEx
- Monthly standard reporting with Sales Community
- Follow the Sales Strategic Planning process (analysis and graphs)
- Coordinate monthly reporting
- Animate the standardization of Sales Processes at Group level
- Support in new processes deployment and improvement
- Benchmark processes within and without Automotive industry


Sales community animation
- Support Sales events organisation and definition of content (Workshops, Trainings, Motor shows, Sales conventions, etc.)
- Sales IT tools definition and deployment (Price Management, standard reporting)
- Help define and animate workshops in the tool selection process
- Ensure standard approach and minimum requirements are covered by the tools
- Animate the CRM network and ensure regular follow-up and improvement

Profil recherché

Your Profile:
- M2 - Business expertise : Knowledge of sales, marketing and finance processes (previous internships).
- Pack Office (Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint)
- Information systems landscape is a plus
- Understanding and proactive management of the different levers offered in Sales to propose concrete actions (proactive)


Skills and competencies:
- Fluent in English
- Accountable and results oriented – independency
- Being able to drive projects informally
