Our Group is looking for a Risk Management coordinator (m/f/d) for its site in Nanterre, France.


The main responsibility of the role is:


In the path to Forvia ambition 2025, you will be assisting the Chief Risk Officer in his mission to coordinate the Global Risk Program across the world through functional and operational lines with the objective to protect and create value.

As a core team member of the Group Legal, Compliance & Risk team you will be driving a network of risk contributors and promote the full Enterprise Risk Management process from Risk management, Risk processing, Risk monitoring and control, Risk reporting and Risk communication.



You will be working on challenges that matter

- Identify, assess and analyse risks based on surveys or interviews,
- Collaborate with risk champions to set-up risk analysis with action plans to reduce risk factors,
- Challenge key risk indicators in collaboration with risk champions,
- Provide risks assessment methodology and assistance to build specific risk mappings,
- Prepare and animate quarterly reporting for the Group Risk Committee regarding current risk level and associated action plans,
- Prepare and animate yearly reporting to the Audit committee and Board of Directors regarding the Global risk program of Forvia,
- Partner with all relevant department and Business Group regarding events reports and losses.


This position is to be filled from September 2022 for a period of 12 months.

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate will have:



- Masters degree / Bac+4 / Bac+5, Business or Engineering a focus on Risk Management would be a plus
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot table, macro, ..), PowerPoint and MSOffice tools
- Good analytical capabilities
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and strong ability to lead transversal strategic projects and act as a “change agent”
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Curious with the ability to be a source of proposals/challenge in an uncertain environment
- Result-oriented with good written and oral communications skills, including synthetizing
- Fluent in English
