Context
The Corporate Organization has been reshuffled with the new organization project to focus on its core mission delegating more operational functions to Business Groups. Within this new organization, at Corporate level, KPI consolidations and analysis useful to follow the Group results. Have to be consolidated and analyzed.
Purpose
Prepare the reporting task for KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Following environmental ambition of the Group ensure reliable reporting for carbon emission purpose
Maintain new digital solution to automatize consolidation
Fields of responsibility
Animates correspondents in charge of KPI follow up in the plants and the Business Groups
Consolidate KPI on time in full
Provide analysis on KPI evolution and material price evolution, to Head of Operations Departement
Ability to segment results to prepare operational action plans
Ability to use new reporting tool as Power BI
Involve in finance consolidation for performance reporting
Expected results
Reporting on time, in full, and without mistakes of all key materials communicated by the Department
Full reliability
Timeliness : strict monthly deadlines met, continuous improvement of reporting delays
Customer orientation: quality of service and speed of service in meeting internal customers’ ad-hoc needs and enquiries (top management / other corporate departments)
Productivity: continuous improvement of automated templates / dashboards / tools…
Profil recherché
Skills and qualifications required
French (intermediate) and English (fluent)
Master degree from financial controller
Works well under pressure and strict deadlines
A “continuous improvement” mindset

Attitude :
Rigorous and thorough mindset is absolutely critical to succeed in this position
Agility with & “taste for”
a. Figures, automatization and simulation,
b. IT developments (scripts/rules in Financial IT tools, VBA...)
c. as well as for ERP / IT tools (BI, Power BI, database retrieve tools, ...)
Knowledge of financial IT systems is a plus, especially Oracle tools (HFM, PBCS...)
Excel skills are a must (vlook up, pivot tables, VBA macro, ...)
