What can we do together?

Responsibilities

The International Sales Entity market (ISE) is driving HP sales in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa ($ 4bi revenue).

The role is part of the Strategy & Planning team, directly reporting to ISE management board, and supporting strategic programs and activities for the market.

Sustainability

Support the Sustainability program lead, drive strategy execution for the market, coordinate reviews, scorecards, action trackers, drive sustainability contest in sales community.

Support Volunteering activities

Communication

Support and maintain ISE Fact pack

Support / maintain ISE SharePoint

Support team communication (yammer channel: market news, covid newsletter, …)

Support Webinars / Coffee talks/ executive presentations preparation

Training

Create consolidated training plan linking with HR, HP University , Sales Ops, Corporate training

Planning

Consolidate market share performance, analyze, distribute to our countries

Consolidate business and financial scorecards.

Maintain ops plan scorecard

Profil recherché

Who you are?

Excellent project management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives, able to manage all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources, drive multiple projects, priorities, and workstreams simultaneously and align them to deliver towards fixed dates.

Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills, advanced excel skills ideally Power BI and database management expertise.

Excellent English written communication and verbal presentation skills

Team oriented, motivated self-starter with strong relationship building skills, able to engage & drive cross functionally.

Fluid working English
