Mission:
Monitoring and analysis of spare parts delivery performance KPIs
End to end operational performance
Deep understanding of all variables impacting performance
Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) management to address deviations
Performance review, reporting and communication to internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring performance reporting accuracy and driving process change to align with evolving operations
Key responsibilities
Perform support activities related to Service Delivery, Reporting, Procurement and Cost performance processes;
Creation and maintenance of critical reports;
KPI root cause analysis;
Update of weekly and monthly scorecards for management review;
Deep dive analyses of deviations
Management of performance recovery plan.
Support the process of generation of operational performance newsletter;
Key metrics:
Level of Fill, Level of Service
Backlog(Late orders)
Net Promoter Score

Who you are?
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess :
A Master Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or Business Administration
Fluency in French and English is required for this role
Strong analytical skills and an eye-for-details
Curiosity and organization skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced level in Excel and MS Power BI (pivot table, VLOOKUP, macro…)
