Based on market opportunities and HP’s competitive advantages, HP Managed Print Services (MPS) has very ambitious profitable growth objectives. If you are interested in being part of a dynamic and successful team that is responsible for pursuing large opportunities of Managed Print Services in the Southern Europe (SE) Market, then join us now as MPS Solution Designer for France!

As a member of the MPS Southern Europe (SE) Market Pursuit team, you'll be driving the shaping/qualifying and closing of new and renewal MPS opportunities. The Solution Designer is a leader of local deals for France (typically >$2M), responsible for the end-to-end project management of the opportunity, working with the sales team, pricing, legal and technical functions in order to build the best HP offer that will deliver a high service quality, that will win the deal and maximize profit. You will become an expert in translating client requirements into a workable services solution (fleet design and services requirements) and will need to have the credibility and experience to become a trusted advisor to the client.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Consult and collaborate with the Sales team to develop, negotiate & close MPS deals

Accountable for your assigned MPS opportunities at Clients headquartered in France

Define Solution scope and design including the fleet of devices to meet the Client's need and hit the win themes & winning price for the deal

Optimize and ensure the lowest compliant response to every bid with clearly identified risks and upside plans.

Highlight and seek to improve process or product gaps or issues

Deliver & present Solution Design Document & Statement of Work (SOW), pricing, risk plan, proposal and presentation content and customer presentations

Lead contract negotiations with client and understand Service delivery requirements, third party software solutions and ensure the Statement of Work (SOW) on won deals is complete and deliverable.

Definition of a compelling and competitive Managed Print Services & Solution strategy & business cases for the client

Consultative Engagement Related to:

Business development, pricing strategy, business case, value proposition, negotiations

Communication to internal executives and teams, including review processes

Early customer engagement to support sales team (customer workshops, strategy)

Who you are?

What experience, skills, and education are required?

Student in Master 1 business school or equivalent university education, you have a real interest in IT services and new technologies (e.g., Cloud, Mobility, Security, SaaS)

Analytical and organized

Your qualities of organization, rigor and adaptation to a complex and constantly changing environment, your dynamism and strength of proposal, your relational ease as well as your aptitude for autonomy are all guarantees of success.

Very Good Financial understanding (confident understanding of financial concepts including saving, investing and debt, Profit & Loss, Return of Investment)

Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Fluent business communication in English and French (spoken and written)

This position is available on an apprenticeship contract for a period of 2 years.
