Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

The “3D” business line – which stands for Digital, Data & Dissemination – is dedicated to cover the entire value chain of services relying on the digital channel for the CACEIS Group. The Digital Client Services department is responsible for entering into relationships, providing services and reporting to clients via CACEIS digital and data applications.



With OLIS “Online Investors Services”, CACEIS’ clients have a centralised and direct access to all the services provided by CACEIS: custody, middle office, treasury, fund administration, etc. The OLIS team is the main and privileged clients contact for any questions relating to their daily activity and helps them to make the most of the functionalities of our portal.



During the duration of your internship, you will be part of the OLIS “Client Servicing” area. You will have the following duties/tasks:

· General assistance to the OLIS Client Servicing Team on tasks such as clients’ access creation, allocation of clients request via a Client Relationship Management “CRM” tool, etc.

· Follow-up of clients/data providers’ requests received by email,

· Permanent clients contacts with the “hotline” support,

· Dedicated Client’s allocation for all subjects related to OLIS responsibilities i.e Client assistance using all the tools, demos, support.



Our internship program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to experience what it’s like to work in the client servicing area as they take on roles similar to those of permanent staff. In addition, this internship will allow you to have an overview of the investment fund industry in Luxembourg – one of the largest fund domicile in Europe - and their related services.

Profil recherché


Formation / Spécialisation
Business School / University with a major in Finance/Economis/International Business or strong interest in the field of the asset management.

Niveau d'expérience minimum
0 - 2 ans
Expérience
Knowledge of the investment funds industry is an asset.

Compétences recherchées
Client service orientation
Has the capability to work independently and as part of a team
High degree of organizational skill with ability to prioritize/execute different tasks with sense of urgency
Problem-solving ability


Outils informatiques
General computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Langues
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
