Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

Our multidisciplinary GRIC team of professionals is advising clients in various industries of the Financial Sector on how best to meet the regulatory, corporate governance and compliance challenge. We are assisting key function holders (comprising managing / governing bodies, executive management and head of internal control functions) to better understand the regulatory environment and its development and to identify laws and regulations having an impact on their business. Mazars FAS is seeking outstanding individuals who will enhance a team committed to be the emerging consulting & advisory firm in Luxembourg.

Your role:
- Provide advisory services to a variety of financial institutions (e.g. investment fund managers, electronic payment institutions, banks, investment firms, professional of the financial sector) on operational leading market practices / regulation in Luxembourg;
- Provide clients with regulatory support (e.g. AML/CTF, Market Abuse, GDPR, MiFID, ESG, Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Portfolio Management) on regulatory PMO projects and regulatory remediations (gap analysis and benchmark analysis, regulatory transaction due diligences, application files to Luxembourg national authorities etc.);
- Process reengineering / restructuring at the level of investment fund managers, depositaries and PFSs’ operations;
- Create presentations and flyers concerning European and Luxembourg regulatory matters / operations to support our service offering and eminence;
- Support the GRIC team to work collaboratively with clients’ management to proactively identify new market opportunities and develop new services for our clients;
- Support the GRIC team to assist the clients’ management during the cycle of our assignments;

Profil recherché

- Master's degree in business administration, finance, civil engineering or from a business school;
- At least 6 months of experience within the financial sector;
- Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills;
- Report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills including good written and verbal communications;
- Fluent in English, other languages are considered as assets.
