Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
In collaboration with the Facility Manager in charge of facilities duties (building maintenance assistance, conciergerie, works, supplies order and delivery, common maintenance tasks, …);
Ensuring field archives (electronic and paper version) in collaboration with the Compliance Officer regarding to the local rules;
Reinforce to reception’s team: mailing, external/internal welcoming, phone handling;
Main back up to the reception;
Handling inbound and outbound mail;
Update administrative data;
Report directly to the Facility Manager;
Profil recherché
Experience in a similar position of 2-3 years;
Excellent administrative and organizational skills :
Good communication skills, capacity of multi-tasking, proactive, rigorous, detailed-oriented ;
Client oriented mindset;
Languages : fluent in french, fluent in English. German is an asset.
Good Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
