Global Management Traineeship
Our Global Management Traineeship (GMT) programme offers an exciting springboard into the world of business. This is a 1-year global program starting in August 2023, which will provide you with valuable exposure and insights into leading and transforming a successful global business. During the 12-month rotation, you will work on real projects with senior stakeholders to drive value and undertake a structured program to support your development as a future leader of the Company.
What does it include?
Our Global Management Trainee Programme is the first step to your global career. You will collaborate and network with other trainees and colleagues from around the world; leading individual and group transformational projects that add real value to the business. You will receive frequent feedback, and exposure to leadership and will work with the brightest talents to learn and achieve great results in a team full of owners.
On top of the projects, you will have numerous learning and development opportunities through structured trainings, networking events & mentorships.
To develop a deep understanding of our business, you’ll be immersed in different areas like Sales, Commercial, Supply, and Operations, as well as other support functions, such as People, Legal and Corporate Affairs, Procurement and Finance and others.

Market Visionary Programme
What is it?
This is no ordinary graduate sales programme. Our Market Visionaries Programme is an 18-month programme starting in August 2023, giving you the confidence, training and communication skills necessary to sell anything from new products to great ideas. It is an incredible opportunity for you to show off your skills, learn the business, take ownership and deliver results.
What does it include?
Over 18 months, you’ll embrace opportunities at the frontline of our business, either in On-trade sales (pubs, bars, clubs) or Off-trade sales (supermarkets, retailers). Both require you to be out in the field, building relationships with our customers, but also pursuing new customers, negotiating deals with business owners, and looking for ways to activate our brands and gain market share. This hands-on experience in the trade will be complimented with strategic business projects and international trainings to develop your commercial skills.

The GMT programme is for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a results-driven mindset, and a drive to connect with people at all levels. We are looking for the most visionary, curious, bold and driven recent university graduates who want to make their mark. Someone who see challenges as opportunities waiting to be explored, set bold targets and knows how to succeed as a team. Some form of previous leadership experience can help you thrive in this role.
You should graduate with a Bachelors or Masters (or equivalent) degree before September 2022 but no more than two years prior. You should also have no more than two years’ professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
You’ll must be fluent in both English and the native language of the country you are applying in. And, while you travel around Europe during the 12-month programme, you may also be expected to travel around in your country of application, too. Most of all, you must be allowed to work in the country of application as AB InBev doesn't sponsor any visa.

You are a natural salesperson – you love being at the frontline of the business, connecting with customers and merchants. You set trends rather than follow them. You are innovative, creative, a doer as well as a dreamer, with a flair for communication and relationship building.
The MVP gives you the power to take ownership of your projects from day one. We’ll support you to develop the confidence and resilience to back your own decisions and meet ambitious targets. And, as most of the programme consists of selling in new products and connecting with customers, you’ll need to be fluent in English as well as the native language of the country you wish to work in too. As part of the programme, you will be expected to be fully mobile, and you might be assigned a region within your country that is different from your current location.
To be eligible, you’ll need a full driving license and to have graduated before August 2023 with a Bachelor or Masters (or equivalent) degree from any discipline, and no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included). Most of all, you must be allowed to work in the country of application as AB InBev doesn't sponsor any visa.
