Beyond E-Commerce

As a pure player, L’Oréal intends to offer the right product to the right consumer, through different paths, off-line and on-line. We have developed a set of e-commerce solutions and in the last few years, our websites have been transformed to create new experiences.

Today, this move to online purchasing is accelerating. It’s just the start… and you can join this transformation.


What’s in it for you ?

Something you should know: this internship offer represents many opportunities, at different level, in different teams and different environments. You will find below several examples of missions you could be responsible for.

- E-commerce / E-retail :

· Website management : digital activation, website animation, product catalogue updates, e-retailer relations (Amazon, Veepee…)

· Direct to consumer (D2C) Website animation

· Development of editorial content, promotional operations…

· E-mailing strategies and content, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

· User Experience (UX/UI), SEO/SEA

· Online Performance analysis


- Data analysis :

· Build data analysis solutions

· Ensure data collection, quality and retention

Profil recherché

You are…

- A Master student - No margin for negotiation on this one!
- Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
- Fluent French or English speaker (both is great too!)

What does our recruitment process look like ?

1°/ Our recruitment team will review all the application

If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview. The recruiter you meet with will be getting to know you better so they can capture the métier, division, brand and finally the mission in which you will be able to better express your potential.

2°/ Then, if you succeed the HR interview, you will get a Business interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will share with you the detail of the mission that has been identified for you.
