Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
HP Inc has recently created the Peripherals organization responsible for all products sold around HP hardware that are enhancing the user experience (mice, keyboards, bags and a diverse variety of other accessories). WW Peripherals Category is developing subject matter knowledge on both product and market specificities, driving new product readiness and future product development for success of Peripherals business in HP Inc.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Support Worldwide Central Category peers/colleagues in their daily engagements/tasks with countries and backend organizations
- Support Business management and Demand planning team in their day to day activities
- Analyze data sets, prepare overview and suggest outcomes for action towards to our local category/sales communities across the globe
Profil recherché
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
- Peripherals team is looking for a quick learner, that can catch new things “on the fly”
- Out of the box thinking and creativity would be key success factors in the role
Working relationships:
- Internal: Country category organization, Planning team & Supply chain
Who are you?
- Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- Bachelor/master's in business administration/ Business Management or Economics
- Experience in virtual team environment
Other requirements:
- Fluent English (both written and verbal)
- Other languages knowledge would be an asset
Personal skills and qualities:
- Strong communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Customer centric approach
- Out of the box thinking – able to find compliant solutions
- Challenge the status quo
- Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to apply tools and technology to produce results
- Ability to understand global business processes and identify impact of change
Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee must be acquainted with):
- MS Office user
