The objective of the Sustainable Performance department is to guarantee the financial health of the Group over the long term by identifying all sustainable sources of performance. This action continues with the co-construction, in conjunction with the various Group departments, of internal rules and processes that can lead to both value creation and resource optimization.

This 100% independent department reports directly to Executive Management and has the following main challenges:

Implementation and monitoring of all alerts related to performance standard deviations
Challenge & process improvement/correction to ensure sustainable performance
Optimization of the Group's resources and profitability
