Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
Main missions :
- Contributes to the digital projects (process automation, digital plateform deployment)and any processes improvement projects in support of the business analyst and digital transformation manager
- Identify digitalization opportunities within the existing processes and work organization
- Collect and structure the business needs, ensure the link with the IT team and monitore the delivery done by IT
- Participate to POC (Proof Of Concept) and initiate experimentations truly business oriented
- Communitcate around the digital projetcs
- Support the launch and rollout of new digital tools
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement with digital initiatives
- Participate to the project committee and own his/her topic
- Actively contributes to an Agile roll out of our operating model
- Reporting operationally to our Digital Transformation Manager
Profil recherché
Profile :
- Student in a Business School/ Engineer School or University
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience with internation exposure in Digital / Project Management / Communication / Team Management
- Good communication, proactive, autonomy
- Process analysis
- Knowledge of Excel (VBA)
