Allianz Trade is the trademark used to designate a range of services provided by Euler Hermes. We are the global leader in trade credit insurance and a recognized specialist in the areas of surety, collections, structured trade credit and political risk located in Paris-La-Défense.
Allianz Trade is organized in 6 business regions across the world. The “Group” teams are located in Paris-La Défense, the headquarter. In Group teams, we aim at supporting regional teams in their activities, as well as ensuring homogeneity and consistency in how the company operates worldwide, aligned with Allianz Group policies.

MAIN MISSIONS
We propose a 6-month internship (from July to December) at Allianz Trade. You will be working directly with the manager on different topics as described below:
GLOBAL HR PROJECTS :
Support Global HR projects :
Help with the implementation and ramp-up of the various projects at Allianz Trade
Create presentations for recurrent calls with HR community (project follow-up)
Prepare the deployment documents of HR projects (userguides, communication package, videos)
Support the follow up of HR projects (steering committee, status meeting)
Participate in recurrent Allianz Trade initiatives :
Employee Engagement survey: Assist in the roll-out of the project
Collect insights on employer reputation (Glassdoor…) and propose actions
The tasks will be adapted to the context of the department.
Profil recherché
PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree or Bac +4 (possible in progress)
Fluent English, French is a plus
Communication skills
Customer relations skills
Good level of office pack (especially excel and power point) and design tools (Canva)
Proactive, able to take responsibility and work autonomously
