The Organization & Change team:

The intern will join the Organization & Change team of Allianz Trade, which is the Allianz Trade global Change Execution team.

The Organization & Change team is composed of Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and PMOs, and works closely with Business Functions (commercial, etc.) and IT teams (developers, etc.).

drives their design, delivery and IT implementation in agile mode
maintains them through continuous improvements

The Organization & Change team is therefore at the heart of the execution of the Operations & IT Transformation roadmap for Allianz Trade.
The Organization & Change team also supports business growth and efficiency by providing new digital and automated products, services or processes.

The intern will be part of an international project team within the Organization & Change team covering the projects for Surety, a growing and expanding Line of Business within Allianz Trade.
The intern will be responsible for supporting the success of these key projects by fostering smooth communication between stakeholders, providing visibility on the projects' progress and next steps, and supporting adoption by the end users of the new features and processes being developed. The intern will also be given the responsibility for some discrete pieces of analysis (depending on projects'needs), the coordination (incl. contribution) to critical testing phases and the contribution/lead of scrum rituals.

Main Missions

First, the intern will have to understand:

The objectives, status, milestones and next steps of the Surety projects
The different stakeholders on the Surety projects
How to work in an agile environment across several countries on a number of different IT applications and projects
How to use the agile tools Jira and Confluence

This will enable the intern to:

Structure and produce communications on the projects, e.g. posting on intranet spaces, animating webinars, doing videos, producing timelines, writing project updates, creating videos, etc.
Animate user and stakeholder communities
Support adoption of the projects and the changes associated to the projects
Deliver discrete pieces of analysis
Coordinate and contribute to critical steps of projects, such as testing
Contribute or lead some scrum rituals

Profil recherché

Profile:

Strong communication skills both oral and written in English. Work language is English: it is a must-do to be able to speak and write easily in English
Understanding of project management principles
Understanding of agile methodology
Dynamic, curious, proactive, analytical, structured, paying attention to details, organized, good listener, able to work with autonomy once provided clear guidelines


Preferred / Nice to have:

Previous project management or product owner or business analyst experience preferred
Previous experience within an agile team preferred
Experience with Jira and Confluence would be preferred
Skills with infographics would be a plus
Experience with Jira would be a plus
