Fonctions et responsabilités :

Context

Reporting to the Global Customer Insights Manager, the Global Customer Insights Intern will be a key member of the Global Commercial and Marketing team within Allianz Trade.

This individual will work will cross-functionally to support, execute and enhance transversal Customer Insights Programs (Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction surveys, Detractor Follow-ups, complaints, customer call, etc.).

The Global Customer Insights intern will monitor and deliver reporting and performance analysis of these initiatives to facilitate tangible actions aimed at improving customer experience, satisfaction, and retention.


Main Responsibilities

Analyse customer journeys key milestones across the different business units to monitor KPIs and manage countries’ Customer Experience performance across multiple sources of data (surveys, customer calls etc.)

Support optimum management of flagship customer insights initiatives such as the yearly Global Net Promoter Score (NPS) across markets

Develop data reports and dashboards to provide data driven insights and establish related action plan decisions.

Support the deployment of various Customer Experience related projects across main markets (11 countries) and design real-time customer centricity dashboards on the Voice of Customer platform

Bring alignment, structure and efficiency to regular steering activities (actions, follow up, deliverables tracking, presentations etc.)


Profil recherché

Master in Marketing/ Market Research/ Economics / Statistics (Business School),

Ideally with a first successful experience in Marketing / Customer Insight / Customer Experience (e.g. internship / temp. experiences…)

Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)

Good analytical skills: detail-oriented and high level of accuracy required when completing tasks

Able to demonstrate tenacity and a strong ‘can do’ attitude

Excellent time management and organization skills are essential

Proactive and curious individual

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint)

A first experience with MicroStrategy would be appreciated
