Fonctions et responsabilités :

Context

Reporting to the Global Customer Experience (CX) Transformation Manager, the Global Customer Experience Transformation Intern will be a key member of the Global Marketing team within Allianz Tarde. This individual will work cross-functionally to help define, support and follow transversal customer experience transformation programmes, monitor the impact of customer service improvements globally and support cultural change through employee engagement and communications activities.



Main Missions

Support CX continuous improvement steering activities across Group and worldwide Regions (consolidation, reporting, internal tracking)

Contribute to develop external and internal communication plan supporting 2022 strategy (data and content collection, coordination, article writing)

Be the guardian of the internal employees intranet (regular content update, brand identity alignment, formatting, community management)

Contribute to develop and build internal training programmes and evangelize our CX culture
Reporting, translation from and to English, presentations

Support to ad hoc CX transformation programmes (content production, project management)
Coordination and alignment, Minutes of the meetings


Profil recherché

Master in Marketing/ Business (Business School).
Good organizational skills, ability to work under short deadlines

Excellent level of English (written, talked)

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (PowerPoint, excel)

Keen interest in creating and writing content (in English)

Self-starter, creative with good interpersonal skills - willingness to make the difference

First good experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Experience

Knowledge of video editing, training creation and CRM tools a plus
