Fonctions et responsabilités :

“As a Campus Project Manager," you will contribute to the structure and the growth of the Campus department worldwide.

In order to make it happen, you will:

Help building the Campus of Tomorrow
Build strong relationships with Business and Engineering schools in Europe
Collaborate with all the Mantu brands and departments (Business, Corporate and Consulting)
Work closely with the R-Team to participate in the definition of the recruitment strategy through Campus activities
Help strengthening our Employer Branding by regularly creating contents related to our Campus activities on social media
Organize schools’ physical and virtual events (invite Directors, manage agendas, publish job offers, etc.)
Working closely with our directors to define and develop our Campus department
Contribute to the creation of an Alumni Network and help build the Campus of Tomorrow

Profil recherché

Graduated with a Master´s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Communication, or any other related fields
A previous experience in recruitment or event management is a real advantage
Capacity to learn quickly and to meet short deadlines
Interested to work in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment
Great interpersonal skills, team spirit and dynamism
Structured, organized and curious
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
