Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

You will actively support the Chief Recruitment & Employer Branding Officer in developing Mantu in the coming years as a top choice company, structuring executive routines, and managing initiatives across departments towards strategic company goals.

This role will essentially be the right hand of the leadership group on the most strategic topics across the company.

Challenge, formalize, and ensure good execution of Mantu’s 2025 Strategic Plan
Accompany the governance in managing and ensuring excellence of recruitment & employer branding operations
Increase the effectiveness of our governance cascading initiatives down at all levels (streamline processes and communication)
Follow up on all strategic meetings and make sure teams roll out key initiatives and decisions
Make sure all stakeholders are aligned on strategic projects and report on advancement and performance
Help to structure and make the organisation evolve
Monitor business KPIs and strategic projects
Ensure strategic projects are delivered in time
