Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Diversity & Inclusion Officer to join our HR team. Your main responsibilities will be to take ownership of the organisation’s inclusion and minority guidelines, as well as to educate teams on how to hire inclusively and behave appropriately within the workplace.

You’ll also be responsible for checking job advertisements for correct and inclusive language and keeping up to date with local and national workplace laws, as well as human rights polici

• Train and educate HR Managers and the hiring managers of each team on how to manage, select and retain candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Keep up to date with, and maintain compliance with, national policies that are focused on inclusion in the workplace.
• Design workshops on how to appropriately act, speak and behave in the workplace.
• Create company policies and guidelines that address harassment.
• Work with HR Managers to develop inclusive benefits for everyone.
• Be responsible for tracking inclusivity metrics.
• Own and be responsible for all types of harassment claims, and protect minority groups to the best of your ability.
• Provide training to colleagues from interns to C-Level.es.

Profil recherché

• Experience working with policies and creating company-wide guidelines.

• An open and honest personality, you should be a people person who is passionate about improving the work lives of others.

• Outstanding communication skills, you have the ability to explain complex or new ideas to diverse audiences.

• Good problem-solving skills and conflict management experience.
