Fonctions et responsabilités :

Do you want to be part of a young and dynamic team of marketers, join Herta Belgium for your next internship! Herta Belgium, part of a multinational company, still with the spirit of a start-up.
As a marketing team member, you will work in tandem with the Brand Manager on executing the marketing plans. You have your own responsibility for well-defined tasks from start to finish.
During the course of the traineeship, you will discover all the different roles of the Brand Manager.
Your mission will be:

• Monitoring and analysis of brand performance
o Monthly sales results of Herta and competition via Nielsen analysis
o Measure promotional and marketing effectiveness

• Support marketing’s plan development and innovations:
o Participate in the implementation of consumer studies
o Contribute to the development of the product mix (recipe, packaging, price, promotion)

• Support of the brand’s daily management:
o Manage brand packaging projects (monitoring of the whole chain from the design agency to the printer)
o Creation of one pager for the sales team & field team (eg for innovation, communication updates, promotions)
o Creation of retailer communication materials (inserts in folders & magazines, point of sales materials)
o Organize internal product tastings
o Support with digital campaigns

Profil recherché

• You are a attending a master’s degree (MS/MSc/Bac+4/5)
• You are result focused, creative, autonomous, analytical and above all an open-minded team player
• You are available from January 2023, for 6 months (or longer)
• You are fluent in English and French (dutch is a plus)

Informations complémentaires

Compensation and benefits:
- The remuneration is set at 890.00 euros (gross) per month or 0.75 euros gross per hour
- Public transport costs to come to work are paid by the employer
