Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

The Purchasing Department must ensure that Valeo achieves the best balance between cost, quality and delivery times in
accordance with the specifications of its internal customers. It carries out all the necessary actions to support the company's
growth and ensure that the Purchasing strategy is applied.

Within the Valeo Group's Indirect Purchasing Department, you will report to a Group Segment Director in charge of
IT/Telecom purchases (Hardware, Software, Intellectual Services, Services).
You will also work closely with the Group Segment Leader.


You will be part of the Indirect Purchasing team and the IT/Telecom Purchasing department, located in Paris, at the
headquarters. The main missions that you will be entrusted within the team are the following:

Participate in the coordination of the buyers' network by monitoring key purchasing performance indicators in the 31
Valeo countries
Be proactive about the creation or improvement of monitoring tools
Assist the segment team in day-to-day missions
Update the intranet portal of the segment
Participate to RFQ on identified projects in collaboration with internal clients and on all IT/Telecom purchasing segments
Set up and manage group contracts
Assist local buyers in the implementation of group projects
Follow-up on supplier and internal customer relations
Carry out mapping, market monitoring (RFI) and financial analysis

Profil recherché

About you...

BAC+5 education (Business School or Engineering School) with a specialization in purchasing
Previous experience within a purchasing department is a plus
French and English (fluent, official languages of Valeo)
You are known for your rigour, autonomy, responsiveness, open-mindedness, strength of proposal and team spirit
You have an analytical and synthetic mind
You have a natural aptitude for technical matters
You have a good knowledge of the Pack Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Suite
