A testimony from two KEDGE alumni
Both working at CMA CGM, Marta WROBEL and Damien SERRE, will be there to tell you about their careers and answer the questions you might have regarding the company and the industry. They will share with you their experiences and their daily lives within the 1st French shipping group and 4th worldwide.
After joining the IBBA program at KEDGE and graduated with a bachelor with honors in European Management in 2005, Damien SERRE joined the CMA CGM group in 2007 after a first experience in Sales position. He started as a tender officer in Global accounts and held
different positions in the company, in both maritime lines and sales departments. He is now Global Key Account manager, responsible for Chemical vertical.
Marta WROBEL graduated with a Master 2 of Economics at the University of Economics of Wroclaw (Poland), before obtaining a diploma of MSC Maritime Management, International Transport & Logistics in 2014 at KEDGE Business School. She first joined CMA CGM as a Cargoflow Officer in the Africa Lines Department for 3 years. Then, after a quick period working as Area Manager with the East Africa Lines Commercial team, she moved to a position of Trade Manager. Since October 2019, she is also part of the We Are Shipping – Women Leadership program.

Besides, the company will be present at the 100% online Business Forum on October 15.
Damien SERRE
Global Key Account manager, responsible for Chemical vertical
I have joined the IBBA at KEDGE Marseille in 2001. At the end of my second year, I left Marseille campus for Westminster University in London. I graduated in 2005 with a bachelor with honors in European Management
I have been in CMA CGM group since 2007 after a first experience in Sales position. I started as tender officer in Global Accounts and held different positions in the company, in both line and sales departments.
Today I am Global Key Account manager, responsible for Chemical vertical.
Marta WROBEL
Trade Manager and member of We Are Shipping – Female Leadership program
Graduated from a Master 2 of Economics at the University of Economics of Wroclaw (Poland) I’ve been continuing my education at Kedge Business School where I obtained a diploma of MSC ITL in 2014. Accepted for an internship in CMA CGM I started as a Cargoflow Officer in Africa Lines Department. After 3 years of Cargoflow experience I joined the East Africa Lines Commercial team as Area Manager but quickly moved to a position of Trade Manager. Since October 2019 I am a part of We Are Shipping.
